David is a Senior Developer for the Center for Teaching and Learning at Brigham Young University and is an Adobe Education Leader. He and his team of student developers build industry leading tools and content to improve learning. David’s expertise includes Rich Internet Application development, online training materials, Drupal website development, mobile development, interactive video, DVD production, and panoramic photography. David also manages and Adobe Connect server on campus for virtual classrooms, online collaborative meetings and video conferencing .
As an Adobe Education Leader, David works with the Adobe Education team to fine-tune Adobe solutions to meet the needs of the educational community. He also shares with faculty at BYU the capabilities of Adobe software. In November 2010, David received the prestigious Adobe Impact Award, in recognition of outstanding contribution to the education community.
David also enjoys speaking at conferences and has previously presented at the Adobe Education Leader Summer Institute, Adobe MAX Conference, League for Innovation Conference, Apple World Wide Developers Conference, and QuickTime Live Conferences.
Prior to his current position, David helped to establish and manage the BYU Instructional Media Center, a campus-wide technology consultation center for faculty and also worked as a Technology Support Representative for the BYU College of Fine Arts and Communications.
